The 2021-2022 Family File is now accessible to families through HCPSS Connect. This is an important step as we prepare for the start of the 2021-2022 school year. Your Family file needs to be verified and/or updated EVERY school year.
Your completed Family File provides emergency contact and other critical information for students and families prior to the first day of school. Completing your Family File also ensures that you are receiving importation information and updates for HCPSS and DOES. This information must be updated EACH school year for EACH child.

*Please note, updating your Family File is the only way families will be able to view teacher assignments for the upcoming school year. Class lists will be available on August 25th, 2021.
If you have already completed your Family File, we thank you! If you have not completed your Family File for the current school year, please complete by following the steps below as soon as possible:
Log in to HCPSS Connect using your parent/guardian credentials
Select “More Options” from the left navigation
Select “Family File” at the top of the page
Complete each page of Family File
On the last page, select the blue Submit button
Once logged in, parents/guardians will be asked to provide or update all of the following information:
Media release (photo approval)
Changes of address may not be made through Family File. If you have recently moved, please contact DOES at 410-313-1571 as soon as possible, so that we can update your address in our files.
Parents who have forgotten their login credentials for Family File may click the “Forgot Password” link on the sign-in page. If you need additional assistance, please call Dayton Oaks at 410-313-1571.
