Meals will be provided at no cost to any HCPSS student, and all children 18 and under, through December 31, 2020, subject to U.S. Department of Agriculture funding availability.
The HCPSS food services program during the 2020-20201 first semester (Sept. 8, 2020-Jan. 28, 2021) will consist of Grab-and-Go meals served Monday through Friday from 8–9 a.m. and 10:45 a.m.–12:45 p.m., beginning Tuesday, September 8. Breakfast and lunch can be picked up at either meal time.
Meals will be served at all school locations, with the exception of Burleigh Manor Middle School and Hammond High School, where construction is ongoing. Students may receive meals at any location.

The Department of Community Resources and Services (DCRS) Holiday Food Support Project provides $100 in direct food support of gift cards for families experiencing food insecurity and financial hardship this holiday season. ONE support per family, while quantities last. Pick up in person (masks required) on Friday, December 18 between 4:30 and 5:30 p.m. at ONE of four Howard County locations: Elkridge 50+ Center; North Laurel 50+ Center; Howard Crossing Apartment Homes; and Long Reach Village Center.
