The Hour of Code is in full effect at DOES this week!

During technology classes, all students in grades K-5 have been participating in coding activities. Students are interacting with online tutorials and games, coding courses, as well as unplugged programming activities.

These activities introduce students to basic computer programming skills and help to develop problem-solving skills, algorithmic thinking, pattern recognition, and persistence.
