Kindergarten and New Student Registration Ongoing

Parents/Guardians of children who will be five as of September 1, 2018 must enroll their children in kindergarten for the 2018-2019 school year. To complete registration, you will need your child's birth certificate, proof of residency (lease or deed), a current utility bill, current immunization records, and a parent's photo identification. Fifth Grade Closing Ceremony

The Closing Ceremony for the DOES Class of 2018 will be held on Thursday, June 14, 2018, at 9:30 am in the DOES Cafetorium. Guests may be seated beginning at 9:00 am. Due to space limitations, younger siblings who attend DOES will not be able to attend the ceremony. We apologize for any inconvenience.

The Howard County Festival Chorus is a group of 5th grade singers chosen by their music teachers to participate in a one-day event each year. This Friday, May 18th, the Festival Chorus will perform a FREE concert at 7:00 p.m. at Glenelg High School. Used Sporting Equipment Collection Drive

Dayton Oaks Elementary School (DOES) student Maddie Mansour is partnering with Leveling the Playing Field to run a collection drive in May.
