November 19, 20, and 21 are designated for Parent Teacher Conferences.  Parent Teacher Conferences are a terrific opportunity for staff and parents to partner together for each child’s success.  Parents can log into HCPSS Connect to view and select from the time slots provided by each homeroom teacher for their conference.  You will have access through today, Friday, November 16, 2018 at 4:00 p.m.

Please know that teachers will not be able to accommodate conferences the week before or the week after the conference window.
November conferences will be with homeroom teachers and each conference will be 15 minutes in length.  Please allow sufficient time between sibling conferences, taking into account travel time between conferences, and because of time constraints, teachers will be unable to provide a full 15 minutes to parents who arrive late to their scheduled conference.
Please note, the focus of your child’s fall conference will be language arts.  However, please email your child’s math teacher directly if you have a question about your child’s progress in math.  In order to give priority to language arts conference scheduling, teachers will not be opening up HCPSS scheduling for math conferences this fall.
